Terms
Full payment may be deducted between day of booking and day of arrival.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of notification of cancellation, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking:

- Cancellations made 0-7 days prior to arrival date 100% of total tariff
- Cancellations made 8-14 days prior to arrival date 50% of total tariff
- Cancellations made 15-28 days prior to arrival date 25% of total tariff
- Cancellations made 28 days prior to arrival date will not be charged
- Bank charges will be deducted from funds returned

Group bookings of more than 10 persons
We reserve the right to apply a 100% cancellation and any deposit paid would be non-refundable in the event of cancellation. In the event of a no-show, or should you not arrive on the stated arrival date, a full cancellation fee will be charged.

Refund Policy 
A 10% admin fee will be subtracted from the total refundable amount. The admin fee will be charged on top of the cancellation policy.

We may use third-party service providers to process your personal information on our behalf for the purposes of this booking. For example, we may share some information about you with these third parties so that they can contact you directly by email (for example: to obtain post stay reviews about your travel experience).
